Get back in the fight

Instagram Shop “Buy Now” fix
Instagram's native Buy Now button never touches this website — it reads Shopify's sales-channel and Meta catalog data. Work through these steps in Shopify Admin and Commerce Manager, ticking each one as you go.
- Shopify Admin → Sales channels → Facebook & Instagram
- If you see “Reconnect” or “Action required”, click it and re-authorize with the Meta account that owns the shop
- Confirm the connected Business account, Page and Commerce account are the ones used by @cannon_briggs
- Products → select all → More actions → Add available channel
- Tick Online Store, Facebook & Instagram and Headless, then Save
- Open one tagged product and confirm the Publishing box lists all three
- Facebook & Instagram → Settings → Product status
- Click Sync products (or Publish for any item marked “Not published”)
- In Meta Commerce Manager → Catalog → Items, confirm the item shows Approved / Active
- Review can take a few minutes and occasionally up to 24 hours
- Commerce Manager → Settings → Checkout method
- Confirm it reads “Checkout on another website” pointing at your Shopify store
- Confirm letsgochamp.com is the Shopify primary domain with valid SSL
- Open the Instagram post → tap the product tag → tap Buy now
- It should land on the Shopify product page, not a 404 or error screen
- Then test the site path: /products/<handle> should redirect to the product page here
- If it still fails, submit the report form below so we capture the exact error
These steps only change publishing and catalog settings. Nothing here touches payments — Shopify's hosted checkout stays the only page that ever takes a card.
Shopify's hosted checkout is the only page that ever takes payment. We never imitate, iframe or proxy it, and we never ask for card details, passwords or account codes.
